The grease, scale, dust and debris on the surface of the workpiece are cleaned; then the substrate and treatment are processed. The bath chemically reacts to provide an excellent corrosion-resistant substrate for the final coating of the workpiece.

     前處理設(shè)備主要由各工藝槽體、槽液攪拌系統(tǒng)、槽液加熱系統(tǒng)、磷化除渣系統(tǒng)、通風系統(tǒng)、給排水管路系統(tǒng)以及物流輸送系統(tǒng)等部分組成。

     前處理設(shè)備根據(jù)工件形狀和生產(chǎn)量不同，主要結(jié)構(gòu)形式有浸漬式、隧道通過噴淋式；浸漬式適用于大件、笨件等產(chǎn)量不太大的生產(chǎn)線；隧道通過噴淋式適用于小工件且產(chǎn)量較大的生產(chǎn)流水線；
